Her work spans branded corporate environments, museum exhibits, interactive touchscreen experiences, trade show programs, and digital marketing.
Her approach is grounded in two principles: thoughtful strategy that begins with understanding, and integrated execution that carries through every touchpoint. She believes great creative does not just look good, it makes sense.

As founder of Marketing-Moves and a longtime collaborator with Crux Creative, she has worked on both sides of the table - as the client-side marketing leader managing brands and agencies, and as a vendor selling creative, design, technology, and experiential solutions to companies. That dual perspective shapes her approach: strategic enough to see the big picture, practical enough to make things happen.
Her background spans brand strategy and identity, digital and integrated marketing, custom trade show exhibits and events, immersive technology, and go-to-market planning. She's led rebrands, global campaigns, and business development initiatives across tech, manufacturing, construction, coffee equipment, personal care, and professional services. Where many marketers work in a silo, Paula's diverse history has given her a keen focus on sales, ensuring she always keeps her eye on the bottom line.
